1. General Objectives:
   • Develop effective and flexible English teaching skills.
   • Meet the training and certification needs of learners.
   • Ensure the quality of English teaching at language and informatics centers.
2. Specific Objectives:
   • Apply knowledge, methods, and approaches appropriate to the teaching culture and context in Vietnam.
   • Develop flexible and effective teaching and learning skills.
   • Have a positive, responsible, and professional attitude and mindset towards work.

3. Program Content

• The program consists of 10 modules on English teaching knowledge, methods, and skills, and 1 internship module. The program duration is 160 teaching periods, equivalent to 120 hours.

4. Program Implementation Guidelines

1. Training Program:
   • Consisting of 11 modules, including theory and practice.
   • Develop flexible, diverse, and suitable content and teaching methods for the target learners.
2. Assessment, Ranking, and Certification:
   • Learners will be assessed through exams and internship results.
   • Assessment is based on attendance and completion of tasks, and those achieving a score of 5.0 or above will be awarded a certificate.
3. Training Materials:
   • The teaching materials need to align with the content and requirements of the program.
   • Use various forms and technologies to support the learning process.

5. Requirements for Instructors and Reporters:

• Hold a master's degree or higher and have experience in teaching and training English.
• Possessing skills in information technology and content development.

6. Requirements for Educational Institutions to Carry Out Training Missions

• Educational institutions need to have the capacity to develop, evaluate materials, and organize training.
• Ensuring the physical facilities, infrastructure, and information systems meet the training requirements.

7. Implementation Organization

• Educational institutions carry out training missions and report training results.
• Management and certification are carried out in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
