1. Training Program and Certification for Foreigners teaching English in Vietnam:

3. Program Implementation Guidelines:
   • The training program focuses on student-centered learning approach, using various diverse and flexible methods.
   • Training is organized both in-person and online, with a ratio of 30:70 (30% online learning time and 70% in-person learning time).
4. Evaluation and Certification:
   • Learners are evaluated through exams and internships.
   • Evaluation is based on a 10-point scale, and learners need to achieve a score of 5.0 or above to complete the program.
   • Certificates will be issued to learners who meet the requirements and successfully complete the program.
5. Requirements for Teachers and Educational Institutions:
   • Teachers must have a master's degree or higher and experience in teaching English, with a preference for experience in training foreigners.
   • Educational institutions carrying out training tasks must have the capacity and conditions to ensure quality and comply with regulations.
6. Implementation Organization:
   • The educational institution is responsible for the quality of training and reports the training results to the Ministry of Education and Training.
