JOB DESCRIPTION

(FULL-TIME ENGLISH TEACHER AT A SOFTWARE COMPANY IN HANOI CITY)

1. WORKING SCHEDULE:

- From Monday to Friday: 8.30-6.00PM (Lunch break: 1.5 hours)

2. WORKING LOCATION:

- At the company’s office: Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi city

- Learners’ ages: 23– 50 years old

3. REQUIREMENTS:

- Have at least 1 year of teaching experience for adults

- Be enthusiastic in teaching, creative.

- Having bachelor degree, teaching certificates.

4. CONTRACT DURATION:

- Contract duration: 1 year (renew after 1 year of cooperation)

5. SALARY & BENEFITS:

- Salary: 45.000.000 – 50.000.000VND/ month (NET)

- Accommodation allowance: teachers will be supported 2.000.000VND for accommodation every month when they move to Hanoi city.

- Vacation with full paid salary:

• Tet Holiday: teacher will be paid for 5 days as the Government’s Tet schedule. In case the teacher will be OFF more than 5 days, the other days will not be paid.

• Other annual Holidays: Hung Kings Commemoration (10/3 of lunar year), National Day (2/9); Victory Day (30/4); International Labor Day (1/5).

- Lunch meals are provided for full-time teachers

- Sick leave: 3 days (with medical papers from doctors)

- Work Permit and TRC: We will support the teacher to do Work Permit and TRC with our company’s papers and 2.000.000VND - 4.000.000VND

6. RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES:

- Teach Communication English and give advice to the company’s staff in learning English;

- Teach 1-on-1 lesson (30 minutes/ staff)

- Examine and assess learners’ English;

- Report study progress and results of learners to the board of directors;
