The process of recruiting and managing foreign teachers at Byan Teach:

+ Byan Teach's training department will attend the foreign teacher’ demo to evaluate his/ her teaching ability:

• Test and evaluate his/ her teaching methods.

• Access the teacher’s knowledge transfer skill and pedagogical style.

• Evaluate his/ her pronunciation, attitude and behavior towards students.

+ If the teacher passes the above steps, Byan Teach will sign a probationary contract with him/her.
