Recruitment and Training process
Filter applications
After receiving applications from candidates, Byan will initially filter the applications based on certain criteria as follows: foreign teachers must have clear origin, many years of teaching experience, and internationally recognized qualifications in teaching.
Interview
For the selected English teachers' profiles, Byan will contact and arrange interview schedules with candidates. During face-to-face interviews, the recruiting department will ask questions and situations to understand the teachers and verify their qualifications.
The teachers’ attitude and conduct will be also closely observed to make sure the selected teachers will be suitable for the English education system in Vietnam.

Probation
Excellent foreign teachers who pass the interview will join the probationary period. At this stage, teachers need to do their best to show their full teaching ability through demos and trial sessions. After this period, the hiring department will make a final decision on hiring teachers.
Join classes and evaluate teachers’ teaching quality
After successfully passing the above stages, foreign teachers will officially cooperate with us on the basis of "mutual cooperation, mutual development".
Byan will regularly attend classes to update the teacher's teaching situation, give feedback, and solve problems quickly (if yes).

Receive feedback from students and school-board
Our foreign teachers are always happy to receive the feedback from customers, students as well as the School-Board with the desire to improve their teaching quality and bring the best educational effect to the students.
Join training courses to improve teaching skills and methods
During the course of working with Byan, English teachers will also participate in intensive training courses held annually to improve the quality of teaching as well as update the most advanced teaching methods in the world at the same time.
